It is fee per 1 lot on IC Markets live account since we are partners of them and this must be paid for each trade taken by trader from MT4 to IC Markets (its per 1 lot). This is their standard agreement between partners, therefore we can use their API which also shows to your a live data with final payout. Unfortunately this is such a contract with them to provide for our traders IC Markets accounts on our platform FinoTrader, otherwise we would not be able to provide these accounts for all members.
