If you violate rules, you are free to simply start the process over when you feel you are ready. If you violate a Trading Objective or Rule and the corresponding Proprietary Trader Agreement will be terminated, and the initial fee paid for the related Funding Evaluation will be forfeited. You can try again from scratch and order a new Evaluation if you wish to become an FinoTrader Funded trader, but no discount will be provided
